1. Privacy Policy
By using the Goods Trading Partner website, filling in any form provided by Goods Trading Partner or delivering your card to our sales department, you consent to the use of your personal information by us in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy . This policy may change periodically, so please check back from time to time.
All references made in this Privacy Policy for specific articles will be considered made to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to treatment of personal data and the free circulation of these data ("the Regulation").
2. The collection of personal data

to. What kind of personal data do we collect? Goods Trading Partner only collects your name, email address and country of origin. Goods Trading Partner does not collect any confidential data (articles 9 and 10) from users.

Goods Trading Partner guarantees that the purposes hereof for the processing of personal data will be lawful at all times, namely: (a) to provide access to Goods Trading Partner's websites, products and services; (b) to respond to your requests for information.
c. What do we do with your personal data? Our processing will be the following:
Collection, always with your consent, by filling in our forms or entering a contractual relationship with Goods Trading Partner. Goods Trading Partner does not process any personal data not obtained directly from you. Any user with the feeling that their personal data has been disclosed to us without their consent, can contact our DPO to determine the source from which their personal data originates, and to exercise any of the rights mentioned below. 3.2. Right of access (article 15).
Users will have the right to obtain from our RPD the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data that concerns them, is being processed and, when applicable, access to their personal data. Our RPD will provide a copy of the personal data being processed. For any other type of copies requested by the user, the RPD may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. When the user makes the request by electronic means, the information will be presented in a commonly used electronic form.
3.3 Right of rectification and deletion ("right to be forgotten", articles 16-17)
Users will have the right to obtain from the DPO without undue delay the rectification of the inaccuracy of the personal data concerning them, and have completed incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement.
Users will also have the right to obtain from the DPO the erasure of personal data concerning them, without undue delay, in the circumstances provided for in article 17 of the Regulation.
3.4. Right to restriction of processing (articles 18-19)
Users will have the right to obtain from the DPO restriction of processing in the circumstances established in article 18 of the Regulation.

3.5. Right to data portability (article 20).
Subject to the limitations provided in Article 20 of the Regulation, users will have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance from the controller so that the personal data has been provided, where: (a) the treatment is based on the consent previously granted; and (b) the treatment is carried out by automated means.
In exercising their right to data portability users will have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, provided that it is technically feasible.
3.6. Right to object and automated individual decision-making (articles 21-22).
Users will have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, for historical or scientific research purposes, or for statistical purposes, in accordance with article 89 (1) of the Regulation.
